Le Petit Prince is a charming little provencal villa with a separate guesthouse, only a few steps across a beautifully stoned terrace and garden. It is situated in the historic village of Haut-de-Cagnes, only five minutes from all the restaurants and the 13th century castle at the top of the hill. The lush garden, designed by a landscape architect, bosts a mandarine tree and a plumb tree - not to mention all the flowering and exotic plants. The main house has a charming living-room, with cosy rattan sofas in front of the open fireplace. There is a satellite television and a DVD-player. The fresh and relaxing bedroom has two single beds that can be put together to form a double bed. The bathroom has been recently refurbished, and so has the well equipped kitchen. The guesthouse sleeps two, in single beds or a double, and has an en-suite shower/wc. Both houses are air conditioned. Best of all - the garden is perfect for lazy dinners or a drink in the sun!

Nearest Airport: Nice airport at 12 Kilometres

The medieval village of Haut de Cagnes is only 15 min from Nice, and no more than 20-30 min from Cannes. It is situated just off the coast, between Nice airport and Antibes. In the immediate neighbourhood are places like St Paul de Vence, Vence and Grasse. The mountain villages of Tourrette-sur-Loup and Gourdon are within easy reach. The area offers not only wonderful museums, but also a rich variety of culinary specialities, vineyards etc. Shopping is at its best in Cannes, Monaco and Nice. Just across the border, on the Italian side, the Friday market in Ventimiglia presents Italian leather ware, cashmere clothing, and much more.
