Large Villa in the Quartier La Reserve, situated in a private residential park at the beginning of the Cap de Nice near the Port with the beach 2 minutes walk away. Walking distance from Akropolis the congress center. The Club Nautique is nearby with rowing, sailing, and diving available. There is a garden with many olive, orange and lemon trees and it is made private with a cypress hedge all around. Parking is in front of the villa or in the garden. The Old Town of Nice and the Promenade des Anglais are nearby. Shops and bus are close and convenient. 6-7 People can be accommodated in the villa. Attractions: At Nice beautiful views of the azur sea and the Alpes Maritimes. Many museums and art galleries to suit every interest. The town is steeped in history with sites prehistoric and roman to enjoy. In February the beautiful Carnival of Flowers, one of the most spectacular in Europe, with a whirlwind of dancing, music, lights, decorated floats and Battle of the Flowers. Jazz festival.

The famous carnival in Nice you can discover in February and in May you can visit the Folk Festival in the Cimiez area of Nice, so colorful and exciting. All the year round are sporting events, operas, open air flower markets, concerts and International Festivals. There are hundreds of restaurants where you can try French and International Cuisine, they will satisfy both the greedies and the gourmets! Other Towns to see: Menton is 31 kms away with its Fete of the Lemon in February. Cannes is 30 kms away with the famous Film Festival which attracts so may stars from all over the world. In 1 hour and 30 minutes you can be skiing in Auron and Isola 2000 from December to April. Monaco is about half an hour away with its exciting Car Racing Grand Prix in early summer. And Italy is about half an hour away.
