Beach Promenade des Anglais 8min. 4 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms, a livingroom, large kitchen, indoor living space 240m^2, outside livingspace with 2 bbq's, 2 dining spaces under wine alcove, hot outdoor shower, jacuzzi, private solar-heated pool, large terrace surroundes by tropical nightly illuminated garden and the sparkling lights of Nice, Cup Feerat and Antibes. The special atmosphere of the place with it 100-years old palm trees can not be captured by images, you have to get to know it by yourself.

Notes: An extra glass washer comes with the kitchen and a additional 2 ring gas stove. There is an outdoor illumination in complete garden. Also there are two patios, one on the east side (kitchen) and another south side. A outdoor tables are situated in a vine-covered arbour. The outdoor whirlpool with it's 35 Degree Celsius warm water and extra shower is another highlight and the outdoor swimming pool heating is brand new. From Oktober until March the pool ist heatable on request, with aditional costs. Living room including TV with Sky, Sky Sports + 60 channel (CNN, CBSN, ... also 3 Arabic), multi-region DVD player and a Bang & Olufsen stereo. 3 bedroom also have TV with Satellite connection. Babies are welcome, a highchair and a cot are available. There is also a telephone flat rate including Europe, USA and Canada to mobile and fix. The outdoor pool is solar-heated, hence we can't give a guarantee to warm water in late autumn, winter and early spring.

Airport Pickup: Our Villa co-ordinator will arrange to meet you at Nice International Airport upon your arrival and accompany you to the villa. Our co-ordinator lives nearby and is on-hand in case of any emergencies or any question you might have about the area, sightseeing, restaurants or supermarkets.

Maid service: Daily maid service is available on request (extra charge). Large luxury bath towels and pool towels for 8 people are included in the price.

Miscellaneous: # An excellent large supermarket open 6 days a week is a 10 minutes drive from the villa. # 'Carrefour' in Nice (about 15 minutes drive) is open 6 days a week, there you can find everything for your holiday. #

Ski: For example, Isola 2000 is only 90 minutes away from Nice and suitable for a day trip. For further information ask our villa co-ordiantor.

Golf: Let our villa co-ordinator help you to book your golf day before you arrive. There are plenty of golf clubs available. Just ask Google for 'French Riviera Tourist Info Golf-Club Handicap' there you will get a good overview. Special are 'Monte-Carlo Golf Club' and the 'Golf Old Course Mandelieu'.

Wonderful Villa

It was the second time we visited this wonderful villa. The villa is the most beautiful house we have ever visited. We have rented quite many villas and apartments during the past few years but they have not been as nice as this one.

The villa is very romantic, well furnished and in great condition. The garden is a paradise as you can see from the pictures. You can sit in the garden for hours just looking to the Nice city roofs and the blue sea. The view at night is breathtaking.

We are a family of 4 and it was luxury to have the whole villa only for us. It is a very good choice for 4 couples or 2 families.

We surely will return to Nice and to the villa. In fact the villa is the main reason to come back to Nice.

We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Nice location, beautiful views, very private other than owner who interupts with visits to private quarters.
Jacuzzi was not operating on our visit in 2006 and pool was not heated but that has been done now.
Lovely to access Nice so easily, excellent restaurants and supemarkets.
