A double bedroom flat (max sleep 4) in a villa in stone with character, in a quiet, residential area. Dominant position, view on town and sea. 5min walking distance to sea (jet-ski rental) and shops. 10min direct bus to the airport. A bus ride to Old Town or stroll down Promenade des Anglais. A flat comprises a living room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 fully equipped kitchen, a use of large terrace and the garden for BBQ, parking space or garage if needed (with a fee). A lot of cultural activities in he summer: jazz festivals, opera etc. Proximity to Marineland (water life centre with dolphin and orqua shows) in Antibes, medieval villages of Eze and St.Paul de Vance, Cannes, Monte Carlo etc. a car is not necessary, a lot of transportation within a walking distance.

A 10 minutes short bus ride to Old Town or stroll down the road on to the Promenade des Anglais. this flat comprises an open plan fully fitted kitchen, a large living room, 2 double bedrooms , 1 large bathroom, a large terrace with open view and parking space plus full use of the garden with barbecue. A lot of cultural activities in the summer and all the year round : jazz festivals, opera etc. Proximity to Marineland (water life centre with dolphin and orca shows), medieval villages of Eze and St.Paul de Vance, Cannes, Monte Carlo etc. One hour and a half to ski resort like Auron or ISOLA 2000. Buses can be taken down the road, 5 minutes walking distance.

Its a short bus ride away from Old Nice with its bustling tiny streets lined with cafes and artisan shops as well as Place Massena with shopping arcades and a boulevard lined with restaurants serving cuisine from round the world. Nice is home to many museums, an Opera & many churches and palaces spanning Renaissance, Baroque and Belle ?poque. During summer jazz festivals take place across region. Within a few kilometres from Nice are situated medieval villages of Eze, St. Paul deVence and many others. If you fancy a flutter Monte Carlo is 15 min. drive or a train ride away. For water sorts there are facilities along the coast. There is a world famous Marineland with dolphin & orque shows in Antibes (15 min. drive). There are golf courses nearby as well as horse-riding facilities. After an action packed day you can enjoy a dinner perhaps in Cannes.
