Charming two-storied villa in a private residential area both very close to the harbor and beaches of the Cap de Nice and to downtown. The ground floor offers 2 double bedrooms (each opening onto the lower part of the garden) and a large bathroom ; the upper floor includes 1 double bedroom, a living room with terrace looking south-west on to the Château de Nice, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the upper part of the garden, 1 bathroom and a comfortable study. The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden with orange, tangerine and lemon trees offering a very pleasant shade in summer. All of Nice major points of interest are at walking distance. Enjoy the rich cultural life of the Côte d'Azur and its all year round water sports activities (Yacht-club nearby). Discover the Alps (several ski resorts only 1,5 hour away) or the Côte d'Azur from Monaco to St Tropez. Welcome champaign offered to our guests!

  • The rate includes the weekly cleaning of the villa and the maintenance of the garden; linen is provided. 30% deposit to book. The rest of the rental rate is due on arrival. A 1000€ cheque (or chash) for refundable security deposit is required to cover breakages and extras. This cheque is not cashed and it is given back minus breakages and extras amounts .

We had a lovely week in the villa. Of course when the weather is nice (this was in september/october), the sun is shining and the sky is blue, things are easier.
We liked the villa, it is in a walking distans from the city center, in a quiet street. Every thing need was awailable, and the backyard was quit nice. We want hesitate to recommend it to our friends.

Thank you for å nice stay at yours charming villa in Nice?
A wonderful and private garden.
Near to communication and facilities.
The 100 buss take you to Monaco in an hour.
With the bike it´s only 10 min to the beach and Promenade des Anglais and other facilities in Nice.

Perfect holiday villa

The house is located in our favorite area of Nice at the base of Mont Boron,near the port. The street and neighborhood are lovely and quiet and the villa is just short stroll from the sea with its tiny coves for swimming and sunbathing. The port and Old Nice are easily within walking distance and we anticipate that the new tram will be very convenient to access the rest of Nice.
The house is very spacious with three bedrooms and two baths, perfect for our group of five women. The large,private garden was well-used for outdoor dining and we spent time enjoying the sunny balcony at the front of the house while sipping cocktails. The villa is clean and comfortable. After a busy day of exploring and shopping, its the perfect retreat from the crowds!
We had a wonderful two-week vacation and enjoyed the property and its location so much we have booked another stay for April 2009. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Location was alright, it was near the harbor. Walking distance to the city center was about 30-40min. Villa was spacious and decorated with warm colors. Kitchen was well equipped and garden was pretty and very private. Closest convenience store was on the walking distance.
