Contemporary villa in the heights of Nice with superb sea views and lovely terraced gardens with manicured lawns and ample parking. Upon entering the villa is a master bedroom with bathroom ensuite and private sun terrace offering sea views, together with a twin/double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. A spiral stone staircase with wrought iron hand rails leads to the lower level where there's an open-plan living/dining room with fireplace and bay windows opening onto the gardens and swimming pool area. The third double bedroom can be found on this level with bathroom ensuite and sliding doors opening onto the garden terrace. A spacious, modern kitchen opening onto the exterior covered dining terrace complete with teak table and chairs and teak sun loungers and a 8 x 4m L-shaped swimming pool. The entire house is air-conditioned.

Nice, capital of the French Riviera offers an assortment of amenities including beaches, the port and the old town which includes the unforgettable flower market. Just less than an hours drive inland one can discover the never ending line of medieval villages, castels, churches and gardens including well known ones such as Eze, Saint Paul de Vence, and Cagnes sur Mer. Just 30 minutes drive from Nice is the town of Grasse famous for it's perfumes, the Croisette in Cannes and the Millionaires Bay in Antibes without forgetting the pretty Italian villages with their markets and restaurants. Or why not discover the beautiful red rocks of the L'Esterel coastal road which are just an hour away and stop off for lunch in Mandelieu la Napoule or have dinner Fréjus or, admire the courageous hand gliders jump off the rocks of Eze or even spend the day visiting Marinland theme park with it's Dolphins and killer whales. Aquasplash water park is a must for both children and adults of all ages.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
    The rates include bed linen and bath towels and 2 hours mid-week cleaning. Extra cleaning hours can be arranged in advance. The cost of final clean is 180 Euros (obligatory). If requested pool heating is charged 400€ per week. The Villa Manager will read the electricity meter on day of arrival and use of air conditioning or heating will be payable on day of departure. Changeover day is Saturday but we can be flexible with the exception of May,June,July and August and school holidays.
    Talk to our villa Manager for long weekend rates,from October to April.
    For Christmas and New Year, Nice Carnival, Easter, Cannes Film Festival & Monaco Grand Prix rates are subject to change and conditions apply.

Supermarkets and Restaurants: Just 10 minutes from the villa is Casino supermarket on the Promenade des Anglais. Open every day except Sunday. There are lots of other mini supermarkets and local shops within easy reach of the house including the famous fruit and vegetable market in the Cours Salaya which is open every day except Monday's when the antique market takes place. Further afield but only a 20 minute drive are the hypermarkets like Leclerc and Carrefour. As for restaurants we are just spoilt for choice. Whether you fancy typically Niçois, Italian, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, the list is never ending. Either take a stroll down to the port or try out the Old Nice town with so much entertainment.

We were three middle-aged couples. The villa was excellent. It is well-maintained. We were met by the property manager who explained the house amenities and mad us feel veryt welcome. I wiould strongly recommend this propery.

This is a beatiful quality villa that is furnished and maintained to a very high quality. I took my parents and brother and his wife and we had an excellent time. Claude the host was very helpful and friendly, as were the cleaning ladies. Its situated in the hills at the back of Nice, but is only about 10 minute drive from Nice centre (its a lot nearer as the crow flies but you have to negotiate a winding road down the hillside before hitting the main roads). Having broadband internet and phone available was a real bonus as I had my work laptop with me - a very pleasant environment to do work in! Top Class!!
