Villa 'Des Pins' is a beautiful villa with a warm inviting ambiance. The villa has recently been totally refurbished to a high standard and provides spacious living for up to 10 adults and a baby or a small child in 6 bedrooms - 4 in the main house and 2 in the cottage. The main house also has a bathroom and a shower room and a guest WC with a modern fully equipped kitchen. The living room is in excess of 50 square meters with a log fire leading to a large covered terrace with a large dining table that seats up to 10 people that can enjoy wonderful views across to picturesque hilltop villages to the north. Cottage is totally independent and consists of 2 bedrooms, a shower room, small sitting room with a kitchenette. It is ideal for a couple with up two young children or alternatively for teenagers who wish to stay together semi independently from the adults. Villa is in a beautifully landscaped grounds of 4500 m2 with a magnificent large swimming pool. Please also see owners website.

Shopping in the area is a pleasure. For general supermarket shopping Champion Supermarket is about 2 minutes drive and Intermarche only 4 or 5 minutes away. Peymeinade and Grasse both have markets and small shops selling a great variety of Provençal specialities and ready cooked meals. In the neighbourhood there are top class restaurants to satisfy most tastes and pockets. Peymeinade has one of the areas finest butchers and general grocery stores. Historic villages of Mougins and Valbonne with numerous art galleries and restaurants are some 15 minutes drive and Sophia Antipolis which is one of Europe's largest business locations is also some 15 minutes drive away. The picturesque port town of Antibes is approximately 30 minutes away with its famous Picasso Museum in the old Grimaldi Castle and markets selling produce, bric-à-brac and clothes. The beaches at Cannes, Juan Le pins, Mandelieu, St. Maxim, Les Isambre, Frejus all with variety of water sports are within easy reach.

Additional information about rental rates

  • 1. Christmas/Easter and half terms and Cannes Film Festival are at £2,000 per week
  • DEPOSIT
    A deposit of 40% of total rental is required to secure the required dates with the balance to be paid four weeks before arrival. An additional refundable deposit of £600 per booking is required to cover breakages, extra cleaning and extra laundry.
    LAUNDRY
    One set of bed linen per bed and one bath (not beach) towel per person are provided and these are professionally laundered (the cost of which is included in the rental figure) at the end of each stay.
    CLEANING
    The rental price includes a general clean at the end of the rental although we expect the property to be left in the same condition as when first arrived. Cleaning over and above will be charged for at €18 per hour and deducted from the deposit
  • NOTES
    · Rental Periods start on a Saturday at 4.00 p.m. and end on a Saturday at 10.00 a.m..
    · Minimum rental period during July and August is two weeks unless agreed with the owner otherwise.
    · Fuel/Electricity are included for High and Mid seasons, otherwise charged by meter reading.
    · Where additional charges arise, these should be paid before departure. · It is advisable to purchase Travel Insurance.

  • The 5 bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 10 people plus an infant. In addition there is a single bedroom not formally counted as a bedroom that is off one of the large bedrooms for use by a baby or infant so that they can stay close to their parents without actually being in the same room. One of the bedrooms benefits from a balcony facing mountain views and hilltop villages. All bedrooms are beautifully furnished in a homely fashion and all beds have extremely comfortable mattresses. Of the two bedrooms in the cottage one has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed.
