Located in the charming medieval village of St Jeannet, Villa Clara is only two minute's walk from the Village's butcher, grocer, French bakeries, and six restaurants and bars. The villa is situated behind two locked gates; there is also a security alarm, which is monitored 24 hours a day. It is ideal for a family holiday, or as place to be enjoyed with friends - the villa and stand-alone studio can comfortably accommodate a group of eight people. Enjoy wonderful Mediterranean views; dine on the terrace with our simple to use wood-fired pizza oven; swim in our private pool. Notes to the rental rates

• The above prices include water and electricity. However please note that for the winter bookings (October until Mayl) you will be asked for a surcharge for electricity and heater fees.
  The towels and bed linen are provided.
  The final change over cleaning is not included in the above prices. You will be asked for a surcharge of 150€ the day of the arrival.
  A Security Deposit of 700€ must be paid on arrival. It will be returned the day of departure if no damage is made to the house.
  Renter is required to have full insurance cover for each person or member of his or her party... You will be asked for a copy of your insurance upon your arrival.

Accommodation and Facilities for the villa on Cote d'Azur - Riviera, France

The Studio

Villa Clara has a delightful studio on its grounds. This is a self contained building situated just ten metres from the main Villa. Inside is a kitchenette with two electric cooking hobs, an electric jug/kettle and a fridge. The cottage has its own separate shower and toilet too, along with a small television set. If no-one in your party is using the cottage, why not simply enjoy it as a fantastic summer house – a great place to take it easy on those long, hot Mediterranean summer days.

The Pool

Villa Clara is just fifteen kilometres from the coast, but you needn’t go that far for a swim. The private garden pool is 9 meters long and 4.5 meters wide, sloping from a depth of 0.9 meters down to 1.8 meters at deep end. During the summer it is serviced every week to ensure excellent water quality. You can make full use of the outdoor furniture and sun umbrellas and, of course, beach towels are supplied free. The electronic pool alarm will ensure that the pool is safe as well as refreshing and enjoyable.
