Notes to the rental rates

• Last minutes, special offers and discounts may be available subject to space available. Special long term winter rental rates, pending the length of rental, are available from October 18. Kindly request the rates from the owner. Additional charge per rental 2008 for the cleaning of the property when you depart is Eur 170/rental.-due on arrival (2009/eur 180/rental)
  Security Deposit of Euro 300 to be paid on arrival. To be returned in full upon departure provided no damage is made to the house. We also recommend that you have a travel accident & damage insurance covering your stay. Check in 4pm to 8pm, check out before 10am-Saturdays unless otherwise agreed.
  
• Deposit on reservation; 20 %, 30% 60 days prior to arrival and the balance 30 days prior to arrival.
  Cancellation fee; 20% 90 days, 50% 60 days, 100% 30 days prior to arrival.
  
• The rates include normal use of electricity for 6 persons as of May 01 to mid October. A charge for electricity & heating of Eur 115/week is applicable from October 11 to May 01. 2008 this charge will be 125/week. ( 2009/eur 135/week)
  The rates include full maintenance of garden & pool from May to October. For other periods contact owner.

The Villa is situated very close to some popular Ski resorts, like Isola 2000, Auron and Valberg, only 1- 1, 5 hour away by Car. The resorts are normaly open from December to April. You could practice Swimming, Golfing and sking in one and the same day
