Further terms: Booking: Subject to availability, we will confirm your booking in writing. Rental: 30% of the rental is payable upon booking confirmation to secure the rental, the remainder becomes payable prior to or upon arrival. If a booking is made less than 15 days before arrival ('short-notice booking') the full rental becomes payable prior to or latest upon booking confirmation. Deposit: €6,000 payable upon booking confirmation and fully refundable at the end of the rental, less any damages during the rental period and cleaning after departure.
