Beautiful very spacious villa with breath taking view over the village of St. Paul and the sea. Great place for friends to meet or 2 families to stay together. The villa has a heated outdoor pool and lots of space. Only 15min from Nice airport and 10min walking to the village. Many attractions: sea world, glass factories, potteries, art galleries, golf, tennis, riding and hiking. Any water sport and of course: beautiful medieval villages: Eze, Tourettes, Gourdon. Great night life in Juan les Pins. Exclusive cities near by: Monaco, Cannes and Nice. Amazing out door market in Italy, Ventimiglia only 1 hour away. Skiing from December to April in: Isola 2000, Auron and Valberg all within 1.30hrs drive.

Golf, tennis, horse back riding: Magnificent golf resorts. A famous horse stable. Tennis... all within 15min driving distance between Villeneuve-Loubet village and Grasse.

Skiing: Beautiful resorts north of Nice in: Isolaa 2000, Valberg and Auron as well as Gréolière les neiges. December to April. About 1 to 1.5hrs to drive.

Watersport: Sailing, water skiing, parachuting, even diving (near Cannes)... Many water activities are offered on the Cote d'Azur.

Dies ist wahrhaftig ein Traumhaus!!! Eine absolut sensationelle Meeressicht und St. Paul in greifbarer Naehe. Wir hatten sagenhaftes Wetter, warme Naechte und hier und da wundervolle Sonnenuntergaenge.
Die Villa ist sehr geraeumig. Wir waren 10 Freunde aber fühlten uns absolut nicht eingeaengt. Unser hobby Artist Michael hat innerhalb von 2 Wochen 3 wundervolle Gemaelde von St. Paul und Umgebung produziert. Es gibt hier unheimlich viel zu sehen: herrliche Doerfer und die Staedte Nizza, Antibes, Cannes und Monaco. Es hat uns bis auf den Markt nach Ventimiglia in Italien verschlagen, per Auto nur 1 Stunde. Auch St. Tropez ist in 1.5 Stunden erreichbar. Ich bin mir sicher, dass wir sogenannte Stammkunden werden denn wir haben uns hier alle pudelwohl gefühlt. Herzlichen Dank Barbara, wir kommen naechstes Jahr wieder. Just spent 8 days (Sept 08) in this villa with the family - 10 of us. Absolutely spectacular. Everything about the place is amazing. I want to go back ASAP. Restaurants in St Paul are second to none and there are good quality supermarkets within easy reach. I recommend getting a hire car/motorcycle for sightseeing, the beach, attractions and shopping.

Carpe Diem is an amazing place to spend your holiday – the views of the Med and St Paul , combined with it’s being the right distance from both of those as well, make it a truly unique place.
