Our villa , is a Provencal villa situated in the private and secluded Domaine du Piol, just 5 minutes from the village of Saint Paul de Vence. Domaine du Piol is in a beautiful, elevated position enjoying 360 degree views of the sea, surrounding mountains and Saint Paul itself. Our Villa is a private residence that can accommodate up to four people. It has its own magnificent views to St Pal and the surrounding hills. The sun can be enjoyed all day in the large garden until sunset. The villa has been renovated from the ground up, is beautifully furnished and appointed with air conditioning,, television , CD player and more.

The Kitchen The little, luxury kitchen which is open plan to the living room features a washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, programmable oven, t. The kitchen is equipped with all of the utensils you may require and there is more than enough room for storage including a built in wine rack. The Bedroom1 The main feature of the bedroom is the large bed. The room is air conditioned to keep you cool in the hot summer but can also provide heat in the cooler months. The large double glazed French windows open out onto the garden and offer superb views, even whilst laying in bed! Bedroom 2 You have two beds for two children or 2 adults The Domain has a full size swimming pool (shared)16mx8m with views to the sea one way and Saint Paul the other. The pool is just a 30 second walk from the villa. Mature trees, shrubs and flowers are everywhere and there are many vantage points offering different views.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay in le piol mix of comfort and original touch and feel of the place was simply perfect. We found absolutely everything there we need and even our little baby felt there as at home. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

A delightful place for a holiday!

This compact villa was very clean and beautifully presented with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday, including every possible piece of kitchen equipment, linen, pool towels, a hairdrier and candles! The private garden was immaculately kept and we ate all our meals outside on the huge table. The swimming pool was a short walk up the drive,and was very clean with plenty of sunbeds.
The French owner Sabyne was very helpful but not intrusive.
The nearest supermarket was 5 minutes away by car and the nearest restaurants about 10 minutes by car (we couldn't find any within walking distance).
There is a lot to see and do in the area such as Monaco, Nice, Cannes, the mountain villages, Marineland and the water park plus some lovely beaches. We were never stuck for what to do!
All in all a great holiday for our two children and us!

Photos don't do villa justice. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and open onto the terrace facing the garden, lovely first thing in morning is pool. The pool was great for the kids, and we adults could relax and watch them at same time. Plenty of sunbeds and towels provided so no fighting there ! Loads of restaurants within walking distance. Sabyne the owner was so lovely even when we locked ourselves out, nothing too much bother and yes thanks for providing welcome pack great when arriving late especially the wine & beer. I would most definately recommend this villa you'll have a great holiday.

A little treasure in St Paul !

For a real French experience this small house and beautiful private garden is a real treasure. The location is perfect on a private Domaine.
The modern bathroom and kitchen with all the appliances you could need together with 2 bedrooms, both air conditioned and all opening directly onto the secluded flower filled garden is a pleasure for couples or single people.
The owner is always available and made my stay very welcoming on arrival.
