Our lovely air conditioned villa is only 5 km from the sea between the villages of Saint Paul and Vence is built in the Provence style & located in a lovely residential area. The views are a beautiful panorama of the Southern Alps and you can see the sea from the upper sun terrace. There are 240 M2 ( 2400sq ft) indoors where you'll find a large living/dinning room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, TV room with satellite & Home Cinema, Office with computer and printer - High Speed internet, 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets, 2 full bathrooms with tub & shower. All the rooms, except one upstairs bedroom, are on the ground level and all rooms have French doors leading out to the lawn or a terrace. Furnishings and decoration are of a high standard and the villa is equipped with all modern conveniences. A large covered terrace with a beautiful view is furnished for dinning & relaxing. Well kept lawn, fruit & olive trees. The pool measures 12x18 ft. Parking for 2 cars inside the property.
