Charming villa with its own private garden, patio, terrace and balcony. The villa is in an established Domaine with a large (shared) south facing swimming pool. Situated between Nice and Antibes on the French Riviera, 10 minutes from Nice airport, the Villa has breathtaking views of St Paul Village, mountains and the Mediterranean. The village of St Paul, with its narrow cobbled streets, craft shops and art galleries is only 15 minutes walking distance. You can dine at the famous Colombe D'Or and admire paintings by Picasso and Chagal or play Petanque and enjoy a glass of wine at the Cafe la Place. There are many nearby Antique Markets and Jazz Festivals or you can watch the weekend midnight firework displays from the Swimming pool Terrace. If it is night-life you are looking for then head for Nice, Cannes or Monte Carlo. For the winter months the Ski Resorts are approximately 40 minutes away.

The French double doors open onto a paved and private garden with lemon and orange trees, garden furniture and sun beds where you can dine and spend many enjoyable and restful hours.
