In the hills of Théoule sur mer, in a quite area, with a wonderful sea view. With it’s big pool, SPA and terrace, this villa is ideal for a big family.it is a two floors villa of 220m² , 5 minutes by car from the centre of Theoule sur Mer and the beach. The four bedrooms will accommodate eight persons, there are two bedrooms on the first floor with each one a bathroom. There are two additional separate toilets one on each floor, the living room is 80m² nicely furnished with it’s own big TV, bar and very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and open on to the dining room and a terrace. Possibility to park one car inside the garage and another outside. Our opinion : This villa will charm you with its amazing sea view. The space and equipment will enchant you. Really close to everything this will make it also very convenient to come and go. The whole family will want to come back in vacation in 'The Syrothe'. The villa can be rented with 3 or 4 bedroom at a different price.
