Delightful villa in the hillside village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup. Beautiful quiet setting enjoying spectacular views of the countryside to the sea. Very spacious and lovingly decorated in light colours, offering comfortable furniture with a clever mix of modern and Provencal elements - air conditioned. Light spacious open plan living and dining room areas both open onto the terrace. The kitchen leads directly onto a covered terrace/outside dining area. The accommodation is divided into the master bedroom area on the first floor with its own gallery lounge/office, leading to the bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, 2 balconies and a dressing area. There are three bedrooms on the garden level. One twin and one double, both with ensuite bathrooms; plus a double bedroom. The games room provides a full size pool table, TV/video and Hi-Fi. The garden has terraced lawns, olive/lemon trees and a lavender terrace plus a flood lit tennis court. Relax around the pool and take in the superb views.

Tourrettes-sur-Loup is a delightful medieval village. Nestling in the hillside, 15 minutes walk from the village square, is Citron de Maison. Stroll around the cobbled streets and discover the wealth of talent within this artisan community: over 30 galleries and shops. Walk to the village in the morning for fresh croissants or top up on delightful local produce. The village has numerous restaurants to choose from with terraces, views and stunning - food from the traditionally run family bistro, to the gastronomic. Enjoy a Pastis and watch a game of boules in the village square before strolling to the restaurant of your choice. If you decide to venture further, Tourrettes is ideally located for visiting the many well known tourist spots in Cote d'Azur or, you may even want to pop across to Italy for the day! Otherwise we know you will have a wonderful vacation lazing around the beautiful Villa itself, relaxing by the pool, playing tennis and taking in the amazing views. Enjoy.

Other information: The villa offers the perfect location for year round vacations. Between the sea and the mountains. From relaxing in the villa itself, enjoying the pool and the warm weather in the summer or lazing by the roaring fire in the winter. Skiing in winter can be found within 40 min drive - when the snow is good. Tourrettes-sur-Loup is a popular location for walkers as there are many miles of stunning trails to be found in the hills and mountains above. The village offers year round markets on a Wednesday. The villa has its own tennis court with an all weather surface. The court is flood lit so you can also enjoy playing in the evening. With an open fire and a separate games room the villa is welcoming all year round.

We have now spent 3 separate excellent holidays in this beautiful modern villa in Tourrettes sur Loup and had the honour of being the first to stay there. Its beautiful central lounge area and dining room are spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spotless and well situated and the kitchen is large, providing all facilities. Externally, the villa offers an excellent terrace with superb views of the coast and the swimming pool and tennis courts are wonderful facilities, which are well maintained.Add to that the beautiful gardens and the pool table in the basement and you have to drag yourselves away for any site seeing or eating out. The village is endearing, relaxed and welcoming and the local area easily accessible and attractive. The owners and their warm and welcoming representative provide relaxed and helpful support. We would recommend this as the perfect venue for a relaxing ( and active ) holiday for all.

Our family had a marvelous time at this beautiful property. The pool, the tennis court, the view .... all are spectacular. The owners were very helpful with arrival information. ease of payment, etc. They also have a local contact who is most helpful and kind.

The home is a great place from which to explore the entire region. We also enjoyed "down time" at the house, swimming, sunning and relaxing. The town is a short walk away for daily coffee and croissants. Restaurants are great.

I can recommend this home without reservation

Wonderful location with fabulous views from every room of this gorgeous villa. With great facilities, its absolutely perfect for a quiet getaway, yet within easy distance of the airport and locations such as Monaco and Cannes if you fancy sightseeing. The owners are wonderfully helpful. I'd thoroughly recommend this and will be coming back.

Just spent a week in what my kids describe as "the best villa we have ever stayed in"...and believe me, as two VERY particular teens (just being at the age where mum n dad n holidays have a question mark hanging over them) that is praise indeed! Without doubt the villa had all we could wish for. For the "grown ups" - space, views, great kitchen, tennis overlooking the med (bliss!), one of THE most beautiful and authentic French villages on the doorstep with its charming streets and shops selling fresh produce everyday...oh the list goes on! At one point I did wonder whether the kids WERE actually with us....it really is possible to disappear into your own space if that is your wish. Yes, they were there after all, indulging themselves in the fabulous games room (wittily adorned) much of the time,, apart from when swimming or watching satellite tv. Trips to the coast are within easy reach and although I love the sea I found I was glad to return to the villa oasis each day. A really zen experience. Will most certainly be back!

Lyxig och mysig Provencesalsk villa med privat pool o tennis bana. Ligger privat uppe pa berget men otroligt vacker medelhavs utsikt och anda nara till sa mycket!
Vi besokte ofta Vence o Saint Paul de Vence, bara nagra fa minuter med bil! Aven Cannes o Nice ligger perfekt till for en liten dags-utflykt! Underbart vader och vi tanker definitivt komma tillbaka! Perfekt for hela familjen!
