Le Clos a traditional Provencal villa a short distance from Tourrettes sur Loup and near to Pont du Loup just off the Route de Grasse. This attractive villa is private and secluded in over 1 acre gardens located on one side of the valley where the river Loup winds its way from the mountains to the sea. From the terraces or the bedroom balconies enjoy stunning views across the valley to the picturesque and historic 'village Perche' of Bar sur Loup. Look to the head of the valley and you can clearly see the medieval 'eagles nest' village of Gourdon perched on a rocky outcrop 800 metres above sea level. At night its illuminated facades and twinkling lights make it look like a chateau in the sky. Villa Le Clos is set in large gardens of palms, orange and olive trees. The 13 metre heated swimming pool has a diving board and is alarmed for child safety. There are sunbeds and ample garden furniture for alfresco dining. Outside there is a summer kitchen, boules terrain and table tennis.

From Le Clos you can discover medieval villages of St. Paul de Vence, famed for its art galleries and shops, Grasse the perfume capital of France and Gourdon with its 'eagles nest' views of the coast and Corsica - all are within just a short drive. Close by is the entrance to the famous and spectacular Gorges du Loup with its towering cliffs and glistening waterfalls. Just 45 minutes into the mountains is the local ski resort of Greolieres or a 40 minute drive will find you on the coast at Antibes, Nice or Cannes where wonderful beaches touch the blue Mediterranean. Only a little further along the coast Monaco, the Italian border and Ventimiglia market are all within easy reach or why not head west and enjoy a day trip to St. Tropez. Just 10 minutes away in Tourrettes sur Loup you can wander medieval streets, explore artists workshops, watch a game of boules in the square, eat lunch at a local cafe bar or in the evening enjoy dinner at one of Tourrettes delightful restaurants.

The fourth bedroom/den is located on the ground floor and shares bathroom facilities with the other rooms, there is a single bed and double sofa bed in this room.There is also a cloakroom on the groundfloor.

There is an attractive exterior quality teak table and 8 chairs with seat pads and parasol in the summer kitchen and B.B.Q. area of the villa offering comfortable alfresco dining. A boule terrain and table tennis are also there for your enjoyment.

Living accommodation: Le Clos has a rustic fitted kitchen adjacent to the dining room and next to the laundry room. The dining table seats 8 and there is a second dining table in the large lounge. Comfortable seating in front of the open fireplace and TV/DVD player (with satellite TV), accommodates 8 people. The downstairs accommodation is completed by the den/fourth bedroom, off the laundry room, and a downstairs toilet with hand basin. The staircase leads from the lounge to the bedrooms on the first floor. The lounge has french doors leading to the garden and pool area. The kitchen leads outside to the summer kitchen and BBQ area.
