'Le Romarins' is nestled in the hills outside Tourrettes sur Loup overlooking a panoramic valley with the Mediterranean in the distance. The villa is surrounded by beautiful gardens and tropical vegetation and, facing south, it enjoys the beautiful sunrises and spectacular sunsets for which the Cote d'Azur is reknowned. There are 2 twin bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, two newly remodeled bathrooms -1 full bath equipped with shower and tub and the second bath with shower. A lovely fireplace separates the formal dining room (seats 6) from the living room. The fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, opens directly onto the covered terrace and outdoor dining area. The villa's swimming pool, surrounded by lush greenery, is a few steps off the lower terrace and is equipped with a table, lounges and parasols. The land above the villa is terraced with ancient roman walls. This is the perfect place to experience all of what is Provence!

There you can spend the day sunning, shopping or dining at some of Frances finest restaurants. Take a day and head to Monaco to visit the Grimaldi Palace then drive on to San Remo, Italy, where you can have a delightful seaside lunch or early dinner and be home for sunset. Tourrettes sur Loup, only 5 minutes from the villa, is a beautifully restored medieval hilltop town famous for its weavers and potters. Several excellent restaurants offer fresh, seasonal ingredients and all necessities are available- patisseries, boucheries, pharmacie, grocerie, boulangerie, a delightful wine shop and two cafes on the square.

Guest bedroom #1 - Outfitted with 2 twin beds (which can be pushed together), large closet, desk and chair overlooking the same view as the master bedroom. Guest bedroom #2- Similarly to bedroom 2 in furnishings but facing the North side of the house. All bedroom windows have heavy wooden shutters which can be closed during the day to insure coolness.

Notes: The approach to the villa is off a private road which winds gently uphill 300 meters from the main Route de Grasse. The exterior of the villa has an area to accommodate parking 2 cars. The pool is off the terrace (south facing) and has a large patio with ample room for the lounges and table/chairs. The property has fresh herbs, olive trees and various native plants throughout. The view from the house and pool of the forested valley, hills and medieval village of Bar sur Loup in the distance is breathtaking. From the terrace and bedrooms you can see the distant Mediterranean and the Cote d'Azur.

Très belle propriété non loin du centre du village Tourettes sur Loup.
L’état de la villa est impeccable et agréable pour y séjourner.
Elle très ensoleillée , ainsi que la divine piscine.
De grandes terrasses avec vue panoramique sur les hauteurs de l’autre coté.
Le domaine des Courmettes, non loin de la villa, offre la possibilité de faire de longues promenades dans la nature.
Un vrai havre de paix.
A ne pas manquer.



Heel mooie eigendom gelegen niet ver van het centrum van Tourettes sur Loup.
De staat van de in de zonovergoten villa is opperbest en het is er aangenaam te vertoeven.
Dit geldt ook voor het paradijselijk zwembad.
Het domein “Les Courmettes” niet veraf gelegen van de villa biedt de mogelijkheid om lange wandelingen te maken.
Echt een oord van rust en kalmte.
Een aanrader.

We are a family with two adults and two children who enjoyed two very relaxing weeks at this villa in summer 2009. The view from the house and pool is magnificent over the valley and towards Bar sur Loup. The pool was great to chill out at the days we spent at home. It’s about one hours drive down to the beaches (during summertime traffic).
It’s not very big, but very cosy and well kept by the owners. You can feel the atmosphere of someone actually living there, not just have the house out for rent. The beds are super. Soft and with great mattresses, compared with the stone hard beds you usually find in the Southern parts of Europe. We would gladly rent this villa again and can highly recommend it!
