A very pretty Provencal villa overlooking the Mediterranean with stunning views of the Cote d'Azur - from St Jeanet to the beaches at Cannes and Antibes. There are three bedrooms, two spacious double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, and another twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Large comfortable living room (Sat TV and wifi internet). The dining area has seating for 10 and the kitchen is well equipped and has a breakfast corner. Tastefully decorated and fitted and furnished to a high standard, the villa is ideal for a family with children and/or relatives and friends. Les Virettes is set in over 1.500m2 of mature Provencal garden planted with lavender, oleander and olives, has a sun terrace with outdoor teak dining table and courtyard with BBQ area, terraced lawns and a beautiful private swimming pool (10x5m). Conveniently located only half an hour from Nice airport, the villa is nearby the lively medieval village Tourrettes, 10min from Vence and 20min to the coast.

The nearest town is the renowned historical centre of Vence about 10 minutes away. Ideally placed to enjoy stunning sea and mountain scenery, the villa offers access to both - the gorge of the River Loup as well as the attractions of the Cote d'Azur. Cannes, Antibes and Monaco are about 20 minutes away. There plenty to see and do including tennis, cycling, horse riding and fabulous walks in the countryside.

All rooms are delightfully decorated and furnished in traditional Provencal style.
