Beautiful stone villa with a swimming pool (9mx4m) and an in situ hot tub for 5 people. Located close to the sea in the Gorges du Loup just behind Nice and Antibes in a very quiet wooden area, with a large terrace, large garden, beautiful pool,which is ideal for family holidays. BBQ area with gas BBQ and teak outdoor furniture (seats 8 comfortably). Main bedroom with dressing area and en suite with double shower, guest bedroom with en suite shower room and 3rd bedroom with en suite bathroom. Open plan living dining and kitchen with modern fully equipped kitchen. Other features include fire place, landing office area, electronic security gate. The garden comprises shaded hammock area with 2 hammocks.

First family visit to France and was greeted with a warm welcome from the owner who showed us how everything worked and recommended local places to visit. Tourettes for fresh baguettes is a must. House was clean and well maintained. Kids spent a lot of time in the pool and jacuzzi while we spent our time in the hammocks. Very relaxing holiday but a good place to use as a base for exploring the surrounding areas. Plenty of off road parking as car is needed. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house.

Beautiful villa in tranquil location

We spent 3 wonderful weeks and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The villa is very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is private and you're not over-looked. There is a very tranquil feel to the place, the views are beautiful. My favourite spot was the shaded area by the Jacuzzi, many hours were spent on a hammock reading a book while the children played in the pool. There is plenty of room for the children to enjoy a game of football or badminton on the lawn or a game of skittles on the large terrace.

Sandy and Stuart were very welcoming and Sandy was always only a phone call away and very helpful.

The village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup is about 10 - 15 minutes drive, it's a gem of a village and offers some good restaurants, small grocery store, great Boulangerie, pharmacy and many art and craft shops. The Auberge Tourrettes was our favourite spot, the food was excellent and the views from the terrace stunning. A car is absolutely necessary as you are over 10 minutes away from any facilities.

I would have no hesitation recommending this villa to family or friends.
