A superb 1970's stone built provincal style, wheel chair friendly, Villa in a tranquil private estate on a 1650 meter plot. 314 sq.m accommmodation is provided over three floors,of which two floors each benefiting from its own kitchen and lounge. Eight bed rooms sleeps 15 people .Of the five bath rooms three are en-suite. Surrounded by mature secure gardens,the Villa boasts a magnificient heated and fenced(removable)swimming pool with out door shower and toilet facility.Charming summer kitchen with built in BBQ. A Boule court offers leasurely entertainment for the whole family.Play Golf, Cycle, Jog or Walk in woods near by. The adventurous try canyoning, Horse riding. Nice Airport, Biot, Cannes, Antibes, Mougins, St.Paul de Vance, can be reached within about 20 mins. Monaco and Italian border is about 45mins drive.The Autoroute A8 is easily accessible to travel East- West of Riviera. Local Village is 1.5km away with fully comprehensive shops.Plenty of parking. Pets welcome.

Free Broad band internet access.Free telephone call(excluding mobiles) to Europe,USA,Canada,China etc . Inflatable double bed is available for use in this room if required. If the ground floor is occupied by another family the Swimming Pool, Summer kitchen and Boule Court will be shared. This is a good reason to book the whole Villa and enjoy private facilities with Family and Friends,and take advantage of discounted rates.All the floor have Porcelain tiles recently refurbished. The kitchen is fully furnished. Steps from the lounge leads to two further large bed rooms and a bath room.

From Nice airport take A8 autoroute (marked in blue).Get off at Exit 47 (pay 0.66Euro) follow signs to Grasse (marked green) and Roquefort les Pins.On arrival in the Village, at first round about take second exit direction Valbonne. At second round about 0.5km from first round about) take third exit into Trois Feuillets. Continue on this road for several minutes untill reaching 'V' shaped junction marked 'Domaine Trois Feuillets' . Keep right into Allee du Tertre our Villa is No. 25 the first Villa on the left hand side.To go shopping in the village (1.5 km walking distance for some)go back to the round about and take second exit (ie straight on).Parking for the Inter Marche supermarket will be seen on the right before the next round about.To visit Antibes at the first round about follow Valbonne sign,from then on it is sign posted .On this route you will also notice sign for Mougin, Cannes and A8 Autoroute to St. Tropez, Nice Monaco,Italy.

  • These rates are for 11 people to sleep at the Villa.We have one double blow up bed and two 'Z beds'. Any additional person will be charged 150 euros per person per week.Please contact us on our e-mail for information about our website. This will show you lot more photographs, location and route to our Villa from Nice air port. Things to do in the area, emergency phone numbers in case they are needed. The village 1.5km from our villa. (walking distance)for some. One can walk to restaurants if you do not want to drink and drive.
    The village has a very nice super market, Pharmacy, Doctors, Taxi services, Post office, Banks, Butcher, Bakers, and many more useful shops.
  • Refundable Security of 1000 Euros is required at the time of final payment. It will be returned to you within two weeks provided there are no damages to settle. Our Villa is situated in a private estate. Our neighbours are permanent residents and it is important to respect them and the tranquillity they expect to enjoy living in this pleasant area. French law states that there should not be loud noise(shouting ,music etc )after 10 pm.Therefore we do not recommend our Villa for groups of noisy people who expect to party late into the night. We recommend awareness of the need for security at all time as holiday makers are always a target for opportunist thieves. Please keep all doors and windows closed that are not in view whilst around the villa and close every thing securely when going out. Please use safes provided at all times. French law states that a security fence be in place around the pool at all time.

Things to do: Last Minute deals at Bargain prices. Skiing is 1.5hrs away, numerous fine Golf courses, the woods are two minutes walk and is popular for walking and cycling, the Equestrian Centre & tennis courts are close by. The Villa is centrally located for numerous leisure activities and some superb restaurants (Excellent Pizza can be delivered to your door). Italian border is only one hours drive and the exciting Monaco with its fabulous Casino can be reached in 40 minutes. We regularly book early and use Easy Jet to fly from Gatwick to Nice at very reasonable flight costs. To enjoy a memorable holiday in one of the world's best areas. The Villa is located in a private estate in an elevated position to give good mountain views. To summarise, the location is ideal as it is near the Airport and with in short distances to some exotic villages, towns, leisure activities and Restaurants. Most locals speak enough English. My wife and I , with a friend , plus daughters and their husbands with three grand children enjoyed a marvellous holiday at this idyllic villa at the end of July 2009 The pool was the centre of our enjoyment , rarely leaving the villa all week. Every evening we dined outside , as all facilities were so close, when the grand children were safely tucked up in bed . The security of the property was first class. Margaret the local `host` was a gem , nothing was too much trouble . One experience from previous rentals , there were no additional charges !!, and our deposit was refunded at the time of departure. How I wish all villa owners were like this. We talked to them on the phone prior to leaving the UK .and they could not have been more helpful. Our best villa so far !! Rob Boston Lincs
