Bordered by forest on three sides, & 2 kilometers from the nearest road, it provides a tranquil setting. The 11 X 5 meter heated pool is situated in an exotic, child friendly garden which is completely enclosed. The main villa has luxuriously appointed living/dining room, 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms including a king size master suite with stunning 180 degree views, the convenience of a modern kitchen & several exterior dining & sitting areas. French doors open from the living/dining and kitchen onto covered terraces with panoramic views across the garden and pool. The granite & stainless steel American style kitchen is joined by a vine covered pergola offering outdoor dining for 12+. The beautiful garden apartment in the lower level of the villa, rented as part of the villa in summer, has 2 further bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen & bath/shower room.

The charming garden apartment is the lower level of Villa Le Verrier which is situated in a tranquil environment with views of the Loup Valley and southern Alps. It has its own garden within the grounds and looks out across the surrounding forest, creating a very private setting. This newly renovated independent apartment is accessed via external steps from the parking area. It has a lovely living/dining area, fully furnished kitchen (with dishwasher and washer/dryer), and double bedroom, all with French doors onto the garden. The kitchen opens to a covered outside dining area. There is a further bedroom with two single beds and a bath/shower room. The furniture, bed and bath linens are of a high quality. In the warmer months, guests have exclusive use of the 5 X 11 meter pool in the morning and shared use of the pool with the owners in the afternoon and evening.

Villa Le Verrier is situated near the ancient Roman village of Valbonne, with its cobble streets and sunny central square. A lovely walk through the woods from the villa brings one to the medieval village of Biot, well known for its glass artisans. Both villages have marvellous restaurants and shops. Several other villages, such as Mougins, St. Paul de Vence and Tourettes sur Loup are nearby, offering numerous art galleries, restaurants, and shopping opportunities. The larger towns of Antibes, Cannes, Nice, and Grasse are 15-25 minutes away. A number of beaches and golf courses famous to this area are within 10 minutes of the villa. In the secure domaine where the villa is located are tennis courts and a large communal pool. There are numerous walks and mountain bike rides in the woods and along rivers directly accessible from the villa. Horse riding, sailing and all water sports, paragliding and roller blading are all available within minutes. Lounging by the pool is always an option!
