A luxury 7 bedroom villa set in a landscaped garden with beautiful views. Quietly situated in a private domain, the huge stone villa is beautifully furnished and fitted out with every comfort and entertainment. The house is built on three levels, each with its own garden or terrace access and separate reception rooms, permitting a unique degree of privacy for two to three families sharing. The interior is built around a huge open plan reception area with vaulted ceilings and access to front and back terraces. Guests can also enjoy a spacious games room with home cinema, satellite TV, a huge DVD library, internet access, snooker table and table football, with ping pong and darts on the terrace. The 5000 sq metre garden offers landscaped lawns, separate terraces, swimming pool and a large play area with tennis court and large trampoline. Maid service five days a week also available for babysitting and cooking.

The villa is located 5 minutes drive from the medieval village of Valbonne with its with its cobble streets, sunny central square, cafes, numerous restaurants and weekly markets. It is located in a quiet private domain on the edge of the National Park of the Valmasque with its beautiful walks, jogging trails, river and forest. The beautiful beaches of Antibes and Juan-les-Pins are 20 minutes away with sailing, water skiing and all water sports. The larger towns of Antibes, Cannes, Nice, and Grasse are 15-30 minutes away, whereas Monaco, St Tropez and the Italian border can be reached within an hour. As well as 10 golf courses, there are numerous tourist attractions, such as Marineland, a water park and art galleries within 20 minutes drive. Heading inland the mountains offer wonderful hiking, canyoning, paragliding and hilltop villages.
