The property has 4 large bedrooms and a spacious living environment comfortably providing accommodation for 8 people. Decorated and furnished to a very high standard, the interior decor is in traditional Provencal style with the use of painted wooden furniture, wrought iron and linen. Outside is a lawned garden with free form pool, secluded pool terrace, outdoor dining under the vine and bbq terrace with teak loungers overlooking the view. Located in a quiet residential area of Valbonne, with sweeping views over the surrounding countryside, it's only 5 minutes walk away from the centre of this lively medieval village. Les Lauriers is conveniently situated only 30 minutes from Nice airport and ideally placed to enjoy the mountains of the interior, the historic towns of Vence and Grasse as well as Cannes, Antibes and the beaches of the Cote d'Azur.

Les Lauriers is within easy walking distance of the lively medieval village of Valbonne with its many restaurants, cafes, galleries and local shops. Friday is market day in Valbonne when the village comes alive with hundreds of small stalls selling artifacts, cheeses, and wines of the region. Then the first Sunday of each month Valbonne hosts the region's brocante - bringing together antiques and bric-a-brac sellers from the surrounding villages. Ideally situated between the Alps and the Mediterranean, the villa benefits from easy access to the mountain villages of the interior and is only 10 minutes from Cannes, Antibes and the beaches of the coast and half an hour from Nice airport. Activities include golf (9 courses within 15 minutes), horse riding, tennis, cycling, swimming, and fabulous walks along the river and in the surrounding mountains.
