Located in a quiet residential area of Roquefort Les Pins, conveniently only 30 minutes from Nice airport and ideally placed to enjoy the mountains and historic towns of Vence and Valbonne as well as Cannes, Antibes and the beaches of the Cote d'Azur. Designed in a modern Mediterranean style the villa has big open spaces. Double height living room flooded with light from floor-to-ceiling French windows, state-of-the-art kitchen fully-equipped with granite work surfaces, US fridge, breakfast area and separate larder and laundry room. There are three bedrooms on the gournd flo-(including master suite with dressing room and sumptuous bathroom) and two bedrooms upstairs each with en-suite bathroom and private terrace. The villa has satellite TV, DVD, stereo and wifi internet.
