A bail (a cheque) of 1000 € will be requested on each arrival and sent back to the tenant, after checking a few days after departure. Cleaning of the house and linen are not included, a security deposit of 200 € cash will be request and sent back immediately at the end of the stay If the property is left in the same general condition in which it was found, and if not use telephone. To make a reservation 25% of the total amount will be asked, by doing a transfer to the owner's bank.
