In an exceptional provencal villa with a beautiful garden of 1500 m2 and a large swimming pool 10m x 5 m secured with alarm. An absolute quietness, ten minutes away from the beaches, near all conveniences, 12 kms away from the Nice airport. , Vence is a typical medieval city of Provence and famous centres of art. Situated between Nice and Cannes in the gold triangle of the Cote D'Azur, with lots of restaurants & cafes, culture & art centres.

  • A bail (a cheque) of 1000 € will be requested on each arrival and sent back to the tenant, after checking a few days after departure. Cleaning of the house and linen are not included, a security deposit of 200 € cash will be request and sent back immediately at the end of the stay If the property is left in the same general condition in which it was found, and if not use telephone. To make a reservation 25% of the total amount will be asked, by doing a transfer to the owner's bank.

I love the location of the villa, as it is very peaceful and quiet.
The facilities are excellent, the villa is spotlessly clean and it is like staying in a friend's house, as there are some lovely personal touches, nothing like a normal, rather stark holiday rental.
I think it is necessary to have a car

The pool is lovely and, again, the owner keeps it very clean.

There is everything you need in the villa, all of which is very good quality and, whilst we did not use it, there is a fabulous barbeque (plancha).

Vence has some very good restaurants from expensive to reasonably priced. We eat a number of times in the old town which was very nice.

With the use of a car St. Paul de Vence is close by which is worth a visit both to eat and to walk around.

The villa is the ideal place for a peaceful, relaxing holiday with all the facilities you could want.

The house is very pleasant and very clean.
Vence is a charming village, situated well between Nice and Antibes.
We passed an very good stay.

The property's garden and pool are great. Facilities were good except the handle on the clothes dryer was faulty. The property was fairly clean and well-maintained. Vence is a great location, set back from the sea but within easy reach by car.

The worst features about the whole rental experience were the cool reception from the owners and the fact that they usually live in the house, which was a surprise. There was a lot of family paraphernalia for a rental property, which was disconcerting. On the day we left, Madame handed back the deposit without a smile and the whole family stood at the door waiting for us to leave. No good bye, nothing.

You forgot to talk about the welcoming, which was good, because we welcomed you with Champagne, I guess you liked it because it has been drunken.

You forgot to talk :You wished a supplementary bed (you were 7 ?), as the villa can welcome s8 person, it was needless to add one more bed , for your comfort I added a bed.


It's real, there is a lot of personal things in the villa: DVD, video games, toys, books and so on... Which are always apreciated from hollidaymakers. Exept in your case.

Your leaving was actually really cold, wihout a smile, because you asked at the last minute( you forgot to warn us about it when you booked the renting, your mails confirm it) to leave Friday rather than Saturday(to avoid traffic jam?). This time again I did my best to please you, but I arrived with 30 minutes late( I accrossed 450km for you). You were dissatisfied with my delay, you missed courtesy.
