Villa Les Bambous 4/5 Bedroom Plus studio with bathroom

The town of Vence on the Cote d'Azur is a short walk away with its markets, local produce, antiques, flowers, pottery, & restaurants. The villa with the original tommec floors of the early 1900s was completely renovated recently & faces the southwest, enjoying the sun for most of the day. The villa is built in the Nicoise tradition & has an outdoor covered eating area which borders the pool. The property overlooks the city of Vence with views of the historic centre, the historical stone bridge, the mountains, & the Chateau St. Martin. The backyard boasts 2 magnificent palm trees (over 100 years old), a fig tree, various fruit trees, & a large deck in terra-cotta. The outdoor covered eating area was once used for the horses which were the means of transportation. With its wood beams & stones from the Bourgogne area of France it is a charming place for the family to eat & play. The home is child friendly and there is a swing & sand box with accompanying toys for your children.
