Beautiful Old villa in top class condition with a view over the bay of Villefranche and 2 miles from Cap Ferrat. Completely renovated to the highest standard. Easy 5 minute walk to the port . Very central and one of the best villas on the Cote d'Azur. Built in 1890 , it has all the Belle Epoque features of that period and was built by King Leopold for his mistress. Probably has the biggest heated swimming pool in central Villefranche. Very ornate villa, 33 windows, garage, large sunny patio, South facing. Kitchen by Clive Christian, floors in oak and marble. 2 bedrooms en suite , Air conditioning and sauna. Full size Badminton court on the roof terrace.

Villefranche port has many of the best restaurants on the Cote d'Azur and features rue Obscure.... an unchanged covered street dating from the 14 the century.

The main bedroom is en suite . the top three bedrooms overlook the bay. The garden level has a bedroom + large Clive Christian kitchen , large bathroom and sauna. There is a food elevator to the middle floor from the kitchen. The rear patio can be reached from the kitchen and is very sunny. It has a huge large heated swimming pool and badminton court, BBQ, pool house. The pool has a removable fence for child safety. Owner can supply nanny, maid, driver, catering etc.

Old Villa from Belle Epoque era.: The location of this magnificent villa is unrivalled as it has great sea views from Cap Ferrat to Mont Boron. It is also in a quiet location yet very convenient to shops, port, buses etc. Garage takes 1 car and gated parking for 2 more cars

Panoramic sea views: The location of the Villa allows one to walk to the port in 4 minutes . Villefranche port has many of the best restaurants on the Cote d'Azur and features rue Obscure.... an unchanged, covered street dating from the 14 the century. There is also the Citadel, which is 700 years old.

Parking.......: Cars (2 ) can be parked inside the front gate and 1 in the garage. This is operated by an electric door. A total of 3 cars can be securely parked.

Ski: Skiing in Isola or Auron which are nearly 2 hours by car.
