Villa Ciany is a charming Provencal, detached family villa with air conditioning set in mature gardens and enjoying magnificent views over the Bay of Villefrance and Cap Ferrat. The villa is situated approximately 10 km from Nice airport, 12 km from Monaco and 24 km from the Italian border.

Notes: One of the double bedrooms has a cabinets ensuite with wash hand basin and bidet. The main luxury bathroom has a large bath, separate shower cubicle, a WC and bidet. One of the twin room has an ensuite shower room and the pool house has a WC, shower, and wash hand basin.

This villa and gardens are south facing and enjoy the sun throughout the day. Being in an elevated position, the views across the Bay of Villefranche are magnificent. The villa benefits from a heated pool, which is serviced throughout the year. There is a covered pergola beside the pool, which is ideal for eating meals out during the warmer months and in the evenings with seating for up to six plus guests. In the pergola, we have a fridge and loungers for use by the pool. A maid or our manager will meet guests on arrival and arrange cleaning etc. A gardener tends the gardens 5 hours a week and will dispose of the refuse. As villa Ciany is within easy travelling distance of Nice, Monaco and the Italian border by car or train, there is plenty to do for each individual taste. The villa is well furnished and in excellent condition. There is a large open space lounge with French doors leading to the terrace, also a spacious dining hall and separate study. A large secure garage is available.

In 2005, an air conditioning system was installed in all living areas.

We had a great holiday in Villefranche, staying at Villa Ciany. The property is set in a great location, in the hills of Villefranche, and within walking distance to the village center where bars / restaurants are located. Nice downtown was about 15mins driving distance.
The property is well-mainatined and clean. All amenities were available including bedding and towels.
There was plenty of space for 2 couples.
When holidaying in the area, we will definitely go back to Villa Ciany.
