This apartment is surrounded by French life. Opposite the Olympic French Gymnastic School and with two petanque clubs in the road you can really savour the French way of life. At the end of the road is a shady informal ‘Place’ to practice your own boule. Within a few minutes walk are several boulangeries and cafes. More serious shopping is catered for by the small local Spa and Casino supermarkets. If you want a more industrial approach to your shopping there is a large Casino approximately 10 minutes walk away.

Large ground floor apartment 20 minutes (car / train/ bus) from Nice airport and 10 minutes by train to Cannes. Situated within 5 mins walk of all amenities yet in a quiet french quarter. Approached through its own front door and large cool hallway, this spectacular apartment offers all modern amenities. Sitting room: Double aspect with sliding doors onto large terrace and garden. Marble floors, satellite TV, CD and radio. Fully furnished. Electric blinds and shutters. Kitchen: Open plan to sitting room with marble breakfast bar. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, fully equipped. We have comfortably lived part time in this apartment as a family of six and believe it provides everything that you could need.

Garden: Large terrace with electric sun blinds for shade. Private pool and well maintained pretty garden. Access to parking area. Parking: Two parking spaces with enclosed gated car park. A car is not needed to access all local amenities. Transport : Juan Le Pains train station (5 mins walk) provides transport to Nice, Cannes etc.; also a bus service (4 min walk) to all the main areas. The let includes: Checking in/out by local French House Keeper, fully furnished apartment, all kitchen utensils (cutlery, crockery etc), washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, induction hob.
