Panoramic views with pool, very quiet, near golf and sea

Covered with jasmine flowers, this beautiful villa with totally private pool has tremendous views over the perched medieval village of Bar sur Loup and the mountains beyond. The villa is very spacious (250 m2) with the main living room opening onto a delightful outdoor terrace overlooking the view. There is an indoor dining room, TV den and a kitchen with breakfast area. The garden spreads over 3,500 m2 of terraced lawn with many different kinds of fruit trees and species of flowers. The property is set in a very quiet residential area, in a typical Provençal countryside, where you can hear the chirping of cicadas and yet it is only 25 km from Nice Airport. It is very well situated to explore the Cote d'Azur: Cannes, Antibes and Grasse - the perfume capital of the world. Other famous medieval villages such as St Paul de Vence, Gourdon and Tourrettes are close by. Eze, Monaco and St Tropez are also near offering even more to see. There are also many golf courses in the area.

The villa is nestled in the foothills of the Loup Valley with spectacular views over the 'perched' village of le Bar sur Loup (approx 1 km). Larger shops can be found nearby in Chateauneuf(2km). The lively market town of Valbonne (10km), the perfumeries of Grasse (5km) and glass factories in Biot(10km) are close by. The famous town of Vallauris, where Picasso lived and worked is also a short drive away and is full of wonderful pottery and ceramic work. The property is ideally placed to enjoy both the villages of the interior and the attractions of the lively Cote d'Azur with Cannes, Antibes and Nice only a few miles away. Activities on the doorstep include, golf (9 different courses), tennis, horse riding, cycling, paragliding, breathtaking mountain walks and skiing in the winter at nearby Greolier, Auron and Isola.
