Fayence is a medieval village perched on the hilltop and holds plenty of interest with its small alleyways and lanes, captivating original village houses and their pretty tiled roofs, little boutiques and gift shops, wonderful restaurants and incredible views over the plains and beyond toward the coast. Fayence is well known for its international Gliding Club which is less than a mile away from Les Arcades and the famous Terre Blanche Golf Club with its two 18 hole course, just 2 miles away. The region has plenty to offer with spectacular scenery and interesting villages close by.
