The living room opens directly onto the terrace, the gardens and the private pool and tennis court, with views down over the Esterel hills. The villa is set in secluded grounds, and is only 10 minutes walk from the centre of charming Les Adrets village with cafe, shops and restaurants. This is a superb location, thirty minutes from all the amenities and beaches of both Cannes and Mandelieu to the east and St Raphael or Frejus to the west. The lovely lake St Cassien is just 10 minutes away, offering water sports from several lakeside bistros. Les Adrets has great walking and mountain biking facilities right from the doorstep.

Rates include all electricity, gas, servicing of pool, tennis and garden. Bed Linen is included. Towels are available at an extra cost of 40 euros per week. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable immediately on arrival, plus a refundable security deposit of 250 euros for one week stay or 350 euros for longer periods. Cleaning on departure is at occupiers expense for an extra 60 euros. Arrangements can be made for collections from Nice Cote D'Azur airport for an extra cost of 60 euros maximum per 4 persons per vehicle
