Photos and Description of this Frejus holiday apartment 3 bedrooms (2 persons per room), 2 person large convertible sofa in living room.

The apartment (built in 1991) is in a secure gated complex a short distance off the access road from the A8 to Frejus with remote control or keypad access. A secure parking space (#17) is on the right as you enter just beyond the entrance to the apartment block. The grounds are landscaped, particularly around the pool and the adjacent property is used as a cactus farm. Close by are the Roman era Aurellian ruins. The apartment itself is on the first floor with both lift and stairs access. The hall entrance leads to the large, bright 21 sqm living/dining room which has a convertible sofa bed suitable for two, dining table with 8-10 chairs, mobile air conditioning unit ,TV, DVD and stereo system. The living room leads on to the west facing balcony (9sqm) as does the kitchen which has a convection oven, gas hob, microwave/grill, and large fridge-freezer. The three bedrooms are each 10 sqm in size. Two bedrooms access the balconies directly through double French door

Frejus is a mid sized town on the Cote-d'Azur between Cannes and St.Tropez. It has good safe sandy beaches with lifeguards, a chic marina area and has many antiquities going as far back as Roman times. It has excellent communications with Nice airport 40 minutes away on the A8 autoroute which skirts the town and a TGV station with frequent services to major French cities. It has excellent shopping facilities with both a Carrefour and Geant hypermarkets, a C&A store while a large Casino Supermarket adjoins the apartment complex. The main water park on the Riviera (Aquatica) is on the Frejus seafront. There are many walks in the nearby nature reserves.

Notes: The apartment has two balconies, one of 9 sqm facing west with a second of 4 sqm facing south. All rooms, except one bedroom, have direct access on to the balconies. The apartment is on the first floor with elevator and stair access. A large convertible sofa is provided in the 21 sqm living room. The apartment complex has remote-controlled gated access and a designated parking space inside the secure area. Each of the three bedrooms is approximately 10 sqm in area. The swimming pool is situated close to the apartment block in landscaped gardens. The complex is easily accessible form the A8 being 3 km from the J38 exit. The Roman Aurelienne ruins adjoin the apartment complex as does a spectacular cactus farm. Activities available locally include the Aquatica Waterpark, golf, sailing, paragliding, diving, waterskiing, cycling and horse riding, while the spectacular Gorge de Verdun is a two hour drive away. Skiing is 90 minutes away in winter.
