Accommodation comprises: fully equipped kitchen (includes dishwasher, washing machine); living & dining area; master bedroom with double bed; twin bedroom; mezzanine; two shower rooms; toilet. Facilities include: security entrance; underground car parking space & storage for bicycles; use of shared swimming pool; telephone; internet; high-definition cinema TV system.

With shops, cafes and restuarants nearby, you can enjoy the charm of St. Tropez without taking the car out. Place des Lices is a few minutes walk, where there is a market every Saturday and Tuesday morning. Vieux Port is a great spot to view the beautiful yachts and people! The port is just a ten minute walk from the apartment. The region's infamous Pampelonne Beach with its host of beach clubs to suit every taste is the closest - about a ten minute drive. The picturesque villages of Ramatuelle and Gassin are close by. As well as local vineyards open to the public.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Saturday is changeover day. 2 week minimum booking in July & August.
    Rental price includes utilities, garage space and bed linen/towels but NOT beach towels, based on maximum of 4 people sharing for a week.
    Midway through a 2 week booking, linen is changed with a cleaner for 2 hours.
    BOOKING & DEPOSIT DETAILS:
    50% of the rental is due upon booking, together with a security deposit of Euro1000. This will be refunded after your stay except in the event of damage, cancellation or additional cleaning required post departure (beyond normal 4hrs). The balance of the rental is due 2 months before your stay. You will be given 2 weeks notice of the deadline.
    CANCELLATION POLICY:
    Cancellations more than 8 wks before departure loss of initial payment. Deposit always refunded
    Within 8 wks you will have paid full rental. In the event you cancel during this period there will be no refund. Please note that rentals are not transferrable without prior discussion and agreement.

I have stayed here a few times now and every time has been perfect. The booking, payment, keys etc. process has always been efficient and faultless.
The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, immaculate and superbly situated for both a calm, relaxed break... but also within a very short walk of the town centre and all it has to offer.
The pool area (private for the residents) is a little oasis for chilling out and planning the night's festivities.
I can't recommend this apartment more highly and can't wait to visit again in September.
