Notes to the rental rates

• - Minimum let is 1 week during the summer but part-week rentals may be available at all other times, and for 'last minute' bookings.
  - Bathroom towels, bed linen, tea towels and apartment cleaning will be provided (included in the price) at the beginning of each week of your stay. There are no hidden extras! Please bring your own cot bed linen and beach/pool towels as the ones provided are not for use outside the apartment.
  - A £100 deposit for the keys and against breakages will be taken on booking and refunded promptly on safe return of the keys and subject to any damages.
  - Verbal and email bookings will be accepted but a 50% deposit for the rent is required within 7 days to secure the booking, with the balance and breakages deposit to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
  - Please be aware that this is strictly a NO SMOKING apartment.
  
• Refunds: if you have to cancel your booking for any reason, the following refunds apply:
  - 90% refund if more than 8 weeks notice is given
  - 40% refund if more than 4 weeks notice is given
  - No refund available if less than 4 weeks notice is given. However if we are able to re-let the property a higher refund will be given but the amount will be at our discretion.
  
• - Sunday is the main change-over day but other days may be negotiable so please ask us.

To get there

- Air: Fly to Toulon or Nice, then take a hire car (recommended) or a taxi - Train: Take the Eurostar to Avignon, or the TGV to Marseilles, Aix en Provence, Draguinan Les Arcs or Nice and then continue hire car (or taxi). - Car: Take the A8 autoroute (this applies from all the above towns) and take the Le Luc turnoff, follow signs to La Garde Freinet, approximately 20 minutes.
