Located in the heart of the picturesque, old fishing village of St. Tropez, next to the landmark 18th century church, this loft apartment offers an ideal place to stay. Step outside and enjoy the quaint old streets lined by cafes, restaurants, art galleries and superb shops. Just around the corner are two charming sandy beaches. A few minutes walk in the other direction brings you to the old port where beautiful yachts are berthed. The rustic ceramic floor tiles and open beam ceiling reflect apartment’s traditional Provencale character. The main floor includes a spacious living/dining room, fully equipped open plan kitchen, and curtained bed alcove. There are two more beds on the mezzanine level acting as a second bedroom.

The apartment is located in the heart of the old village of St. Tropez, 5-10 minutes walk from the Place des Lices, and the Port. Ferries run to Sainte Maxime, Port Grimaud and St. Rafael. There is also a regular bus service to Frejus/St. Rafael main line station with shuttle service to Nice International Airport. The daily fish market is close by in Place aux Herbes. On Tuesdays and Saturdays there is a general market in Place des Lices, offering a wide range of fresh food, designer clothes, antiques etc. In the evenings there is a rich choice of entertainment and nightlife in the bars, restaurants and nightclubs. The St. Tropez peninsula is surrounded by sandy beaches, the most famous being Tahiti Beach, the movie stars' favourite, about 4 km. away. Next to the Port is Musee de l’Annonciade with an impressive collection of post-impressionists paintings.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Weekly rentals run from Saturday 5 pm. to the following Saturday 10 am., except during the low season (November - April, excluding holiday weeks) when arrival and departure dates can be more flexible. The property is available throughout the year. This area in the Var is particularly attractive for Spring and Autumn breaks. The rental charges include all utilities and linens and towels are provided. If more than one bed is used, there is a laundry charge of 25 euros per additional bed. The property is cleaned and towels and linens changed at least once during multi-week stays. Please bring your own beach towels.
  • A security deposit of € 300 is required and refunded after the property is vacated and upon confirmation of the condition of the property. A pass for the Parking du Port is available for an additional € 25 a week, plus and additional €125 security deposit which is refunded so long as the pass is left in the property upon departure. For reservations confirmed less than two weeks prior to arrival, there may be a €50 express delivery charge for the keys.

Notes: The apartment is on the third floor with no lift. The apartment was recently furnished with new furniture, fridge, dishwasher, TV and stereo. The bathroom was recently renovated with a large new shower enclosure, mirrors and hand basin. The WC with an additional hand basin is in a separate room, also recently renovated. A pass is available for the Parking du Port which is 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment. There is an additional charge for the parking pass of € 25 per week, plus an additional security deposit of € 125 refundable on return of the pass at the end of the stay. The apartment is unsuitable for small children under 8 years.

My husband and I stayed here for a week as part of our 2 week honeymoon and it was amazing! The location could not be better and the place is huge compared to everything else in France especially for the money. We do not have a single complaint... only thing is bring your own CD's if you want to listen to music. This place has absolutely everything you can think of in the kitchen, bathroom, tv, stereo system, closet space, etc. The owner is very clean and she has thought of absolutely every little thing! We loved being able to walk to all the restaurants, markets, shopping, clubs, etc. Next time we come to St. Tropez we will definitely stay here =)

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here in St. Tropez. The house has everything you need, and is so close to everything. We spent our mornings combing the docks to see what new boats had arrived and whom had left. then packed a picnic and headed out to all the charming nearby villages to hit the markets. We spent the better part of the day finding ingredients for dinner and come home and cook a feast. It was a fabulous vacation, thanks so much for renting us this idyllic spot, we'll be back.

A highly-recommended loft apartment

We have just returned from our second visit to this beautiful loft apartment and can't wait to plan another trip. When you first walk in it is a delight - spotless and well maintained - and there is everything you need to make your holiday special. It couldn't be in a better part of the town. I hope we will be able to return again and again.

Honeymoon in the South of France

My husband and I had a wonderful visit to St. Tropez for our honeymoon. After a week of traveling in France, it was so nice to have a place to call home for our second week! The location was amazing as it is so convenient to all St. Tropez has to offer. The apartment has everything you need (kitchen gadgets, bedding, linens, modern bathroom, air conditioning, etc.) to have a stress free vacation. It's a great apartment that we'd definitely recommend to others and hope to stay at again!!

In the hub of St Tropez

Just cannot fault the location of this apartment if you want to be at the centre of everything going on in this iconic town. It's worth finding out about the various events that occur as many of them are centred on the church, just outside the flat. We happened to witness the first day of the May 'Bravades' an amazing procession in period uniforms all around the old town, involving drums, pipes, trumpets and other brass instruments, and muskets and blunderbusses which were fired at intervals. Altogether a very noisy experience.
Returning to the apartment for a second time, we were delighted with the improvements to the bathroom and toilet, so modern and beautifully constructed.
If you're fit enough to tackle the spiral staircase to the third floor, we thoroughly recommend this delightful studio apartment in the centre of the old town.
