Quiet apartment, furnished to high standard, with large, sunny private garden. Close to St.Tropez and nearby villages, and ideal for 2 people with living room, kitchen / dining room, leading outside to large terraced area and garden. 1 bedroom with double bed, wardrobe space and 1 bathroom, with bath and shower, hairdryer. Utility area with washing machine and deep freeze, and iron. In the lounge there is TV, DVD, VHS player and Hi-fi unit. Fully equipped kitchen has oven, fridge and microwave. Being situated on a private domain, there is access to 2 lovely swimming pools, just 50 metres away.

The property is situated just 5km from St. Tropez on the Cote d'Azur, on a hillside overlooking the Gulf of St. Tropez, with woodlands adjacent. Ideally situated for a peaceful holiday with ancient mediaeval villages nearby, or for a beach holiday with good choice of beaches within easy reach, or for serious retail therapy (and night-life!), you can visit St. Tropez or Cannes. The garden is private, and ideal for sunbathing and outside dining.

    The weekly rental rates are based on arrivals after 14:00 on Saturday, with departure by 10:00 on the next Saturday.

    Electricity, Water and standard cleaning are included in the rental rate.
  • For bookings, we request that a deposit of 200 euros is sent to confirm the reservation.
    The total balance is due 4 weeks before the arrival date.
  • Cancellation policy: If you give notice of cancellation with more than 8 weeks before arrival date, then full refund
    of monies paid will apply; if notice is given between 4 to 8 weeks prior to arrival date, then loss of deposit will apply; if notice of 4 weeks or less prior to arrival is given, then a 40% refund of the total cost will apply.
