1st Floor waterfront apartment in marina in Gulf of St Tropez

The first floor apartment in the private 2 storey development Les Deux Voiles commands spectacular views of the bay to St Tropez. It is situated in Les Marines De Cogolin which is on the coast road approx. 4 miles from St Tropez. The apartment has a lounge and dining area and the balcony overlooks the water and moorings which are 20m away. The bedroom is at the back of the apartment and the mezzanine is above the lounge , here you can wake up in the morning to a wonderful view of the Bay of St Tropez. In addition at night time the view of St Tropez and the bay , together with all the boats lit up is a great way to enjoy dinner and a bottle of wine on your balcony.

Les Marines De Cogolin is in the Bay of St Tropez and is between Port Grimaud and St Tropez. PORT GRIMAUD – Approx 2 miles from the apartment. Here you can take a water bus to see around the canals or you can hire your own small boat. There are numerous restaurants and bars and a nice beach. Grimaud - A nice place to go for breakfast or lunch (le Patisserie de Chateau) – when coming into Grimaud take the first right, go up the hill and carry round to your left. You will then go round a left hand bend – the patisserie is on your RHS. You can also walk up to the old castle, which has wonderful views of the bay. ST Tropez - Market day is Tuesday and Saturday – best to go before 10.30 am, as it gets very busy. You can either park at the PORT or PLACES DES LICES (the port car park is bigger). From the Port the market is up the street beside the Celio shop. Senequeirs is also nice for breakfast on market day. Most of the shops are open to lunchtime and then re open from 4 to about 9.

It was the second our visit to French Riviera. This time we chose apartments in Les Marines De Cogolin near Saint Tropez. Reality fully matched our expectations: perfect location, comfortable accommodation, all necessary services – nearby. We spent nice time enjoying Mediterranean sun and see on the local sandy beach and just few kilometres away – famous Pampelonne beach, which was must to be place. As we had a car, it was very simple to reach and explore Saint Tropez and other famous places nearby.
Apartment full matched our needs: safe, spacious enough for 4 people, good access even for the child's trolley, all necessary equipment inside.
We still remember wonderful evenings spent sitting in the balcony with the glass of vine and admiring romantic view on myriads of pleasure boats moored just in front of our feet.
