St. Tropez continues :
to have the magic that has been it's trademark since the French impressionist painters put it on the map at the end of the 19th century. In an ever changing world the Tropeziens refuse to allow their village to be invaded by high rise and resort hotels that have scarred so many other beautiful places. Even in winter there is a particular atmosphere which entrances.
The apartment has:
two balconies. The front one has a table and chairs and is the perfect spot to eat, the view across the Gulf of St. Tropez is an ever changing post card, with ferries, grand motor yachts and racing boats constantly challenging for water.
The area around:
the 'presque isle' of St. Tropez is full of interesting villages, many of which are not yet on the tourist route. Villages with magnificent views across the wild and often savage Massif des Maures, where wild life predominates. There are still thousands of wild boars in the Var, the lush countryside providing ample hiding places for these large wild animals.
