Our duplex apartment is in the heart of the old town of Saint Tropez. Less than one minute from the world famous port where millionaires yachts line up during the summer. The apartment offers an ideal location for easy access to the shops, restaurants, bistrots and galleries which abound in what is probably the world's best known fishing village. The self contained flat has it's own entrance and no one above. The salon has a chimney and open beamed ceiling. There is small but equiped kitchen area with fridge and dish washer. The sofa in the salon converts into a double bed. The mezzanine has a bedroom area with double bed and bathroom with WC, shower and wash basin. Full double glazing together with air conditioning insure comfort in the center of the town. There is a breakfast table for four people in a part of the salon. The over all effect gives a cosy provençal charm. The flat is unsuitable for small children and people with reduced mobility.

From Saint Tropez ferries the flat is five minutes walk from the Place des Lices which hosts a large and interesting provençal market on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. A fish market is open daily close the port. The town offers a vast selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs including the very chic Cave du Roi at the Byblos hotel and the more raunchy VIP Room near the port. Pampelone beach with it's 6 Km of golden sand and blue water is 4Km from the town and has a choice about 30 beach restaurants to choose from including Tahiti beach, Club 55 and the notorious Voile Rouge. The picturesque hilltop villages of Gassin, Grimaud and Ramatuelle are within easy driving distance.

  • The deposit 300 euros is necessary and is refunded in the end the location subject to the inventory check. A pass for the Port Car Park (5 minutes walk) is available for 30euros a week supplement, together with a 120 euros refundable security deposit. For last minute reservations (less than 15 days before arrival) a DHL express mail charge for key delivery may be asked for.

The flat was properly described. It was very clean and well-maintained.
The location is beautiful: in the heart of the old-town, super-market and many restaurants in proximity. The beaches in Pampelonne are great
(but not at walking distance). Place des Lices with its Cafes and market has a very nice retro atmosphere.

extraordenary flat

We had a wonderfull time in this fancy appartement middle in the heart of this town. 1 min.walk to the harbour, 2 min.to place de lices and 3 min.to nice beaches. If you like to taste the way of normal life in such a town, you are just right here. We can agree with all descriptions of the owners; all was clean and well preperated and equipped for our holidays. Even the problem of parking in such an area was well done by the owners.
We would recommend this flat to all our friends.

Central Pretty Duplex Apartment!

We stayed in the apartment in July this year. The apartment is in an excellent location, 2 minutes walk from the port and supermarket, 10 mintes walk from the beach and surrounded by restaurants. It was very well maintained, clean with good facilities such as washing machine and dishwasher.

The only suggestion I could make was to have a curtain over the bathroom door window or frosted glass, and thicker bedroom curtains. Otherwise overall it was a great small apartment for a couple or small group of friends.
