The house is furnished to a high standard, with three bedrooms (double with ensuite shower, twin and single), . There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. A comfortable living area with flat screen TV, DVD and satellite (UK channels), stereo, leads out onto a large sun terrace (6m x 3m ) with beautiful views of the surrounding hills and countryside. There is a small garden, with furniture, which is private and safe (fenced) for children .Parking is to the side of the property. The house is located on a private gated estate with a large shared Californian style swimming pool of 1000m2 and tennis courts. Parc Oasis as the name suggests is quiet and private, ideal for families or couples alike. Centrally located with numerous sandy beaches all within 10 minutes drive, the nearest is only 1000m.

ST TROPEZ is only 3 miles from the house, there is plenty to see, endless little streets with wonderful boutiques and art galleries to explore and you will be spoil for choice when it comes to restaurants. Sit in one of the many 'cafe' along the quay side and admire the many super yachts that tie up in the harbour. PORT GRIMAULD ‘the Venice of Provence’ is a only a mile from the house and well worth visiting. The pretty port comprises of beautiful Provencal fisherman's cottages standing gracefully along yacht-laden waterways. There are a good choice of restaurants , bars and a selection of boutiques. SAINTE MAXIME is situated opposite St. Tropez in the bay. There is a larger town with a wide selection of shops and restaurants. You can take a boat trip around the bay taking in St. Tropez, Port Grimauld or Ste Maxime. For the golfers there are 3 golf courses all within 3 miles.

Arrivals are on Saturdays, after 2.00 pm. Departures must be before 10.00 am. There is a 30% non-returnable deposit at the time of booking. The balance is required 12 weeks before commencement of the holiday. An additional returnable deposit cheque of £300 damage waiver is required when the final balance of the holiday is due (this cheque is not cashed). The chalet is checked thoroughly after every changeover for damage and additional cleaning costs. CLEANING can be arranged locally at an additional charge.

| Notes: | Wi-fi internet connection is available (free of charge) at the local McDonalds, which is 2 minutes by car from the house. The communal pool is independently owned and run, and is scheduled to be open from mid-June to mid-September annually. The house was extensively renovated in 2006, with the addition of a third bedroom, updated kitchen and wood flooring, plus new shower cubicles to main bathroom and master bedroom. The decking to the rear of the property has recently been replaced, in March 2008. The garden is totally private and secure with beautiful flowering laurels during part of the season. |
