In Gassin, this beautiful 3 bedroom private chalet is set in a park boasting 15 hectares of woodland. It is totally modern and comprises of a fully equipped fitted kitchen, bathroom and outside terrace complete with table, chairs and BBQ for those long summer nights. Parc Oasis itself is exclusive and very safe with 24 hour security. The stunning 1000m2 swimming pool, baby pool, children's play area and tennis courts make it a fantastic and relaxing place for everyone. It is also in an ideal location for getting all around, whether it's to the coast, up in to the hills or into the many towns nearby, including 'Venice of the Cote d'Azur' Port Grimaud at 2km away or 'glitzy' St Tropez at 5km away, which you can actually overlook at the top of the Parc. The chalet is in a cul-de-sac so is quiet and free from passing traffic, making it ideal for children and very private. Shaded by trees it is kept out of the midday sun but the terrace always receives the final rays of the day.

Parc Oasis is ideally situated for days out to places such as Italy, Monte Carlo, Cannes, Nice and Grasse. You are very spoilt with the choice of beaches, the nearest being Port Cogolin which is in walking distance. It has a beautiful marina which hosts lots of friendly bars, restaurants and 'glaciers'. All along the coastal road is an abundance of little coves, varying in size but all with parking. La Croix Valmer, around 5 minutes drive away not only is a lovely little village but has a beautiful long and wide sandy beach. It has free parking, bars, restaurants, private areas where you can hire sunloungers and parasols for the day and games and sports for the family. If you wanted to take day trips to other beaches and towns you have, St Aygulf, St Maxime and Le Lavandou to name just a few. For a bit of adventure there are 2 waterparks nearby. As well as the essential sun-worshipping facilities the shops are extremely local, with a huge shopping centre just 2 mins away.

Notes: The fabulous pool is Californian style so has a very gradual slope into deeper water making it very safe for young children and enables them to play about in the shallow. Opening times are dependent on the weather but previous years have been early June to end September (these dates are a guide only and cannot be guaranteed). There are 2 hard-surface tennis courts and a practice wall. The three bedrooms comprise one double, 1 twin and 1 with bunk beds. All have fitted wardrobes and the double and twin lead straight out onto the terrace. A travel cot, baby bath, potty and high chair are available upon request at no extra charge. Pillows and duvets are English sized. A large chest filled with inflatables and toys has been provided for you. There is a parking space for ease of unloading and all the windows and doors have lockable shutters for maximum security

Wonderful peaceful retreat

We spent 2 weeks in the chalet with our 2 yr old - lots of space for him to run about. Everything you need is in the chalet, inc. nice extras like childrens chairs, potty, books, buckets, spades, etc that were fab.

The Parc was peaceful (mid Sept) and the chalets are all spaced out well, under the tall pine trees with terrace/decking areas, outside space and some have parking spaces, not cramped at all (unlike the holiday caravan parks-not my idea of a relaxing holiday!!) Everything you need is close by, supermarches, which is great if you need to pop out for milk, etc.

We only used the one site pool once, as unfortuantley the weather wasnt great, but we all enjoyed it, great to cool off after a day of sightseeing.

It was also great to have some outdoorspace with the terrace to eat breakfast or dinner & relaxing with a glass of the local vino

I would definately recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing break, home from home holiday.
