The accommodation comprises two double and two twin bedded rooms each with their own en suite facilities. In addition there is a games room with two single beds, a double sofa bed in the study plus a shower with W.C. The villa can sleep a maximum of twelve and is available for rental all year round. The dining room, large sitting room (with satellite TV), and study all have French windows to the main terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen with access to its own terrace and BBQ. The separate laundry room has both a washing machine and a drier. The garden surrounding the villa consists of flowers, shrubs, lawn and olive trees. There are a number of paths through the surrounding 20 acres of woodland. The large main terrace is shaded by mulberry trees and extends to the swimming pool, 12 x 6 metres, boules pitch and garden. Looking south there are panoramic views over the town of Draguignan to the hills of Roquebrune.

Draguigan Area

Domaine Les Hauts de Clape is 5 minutes' drive from Draguignan, the main town in the region. It offers a wide range of facilities, including local taxi services. There are many other nearby villages to visit. Within a a few kilometres are Flayosc, Lorgues, Ampus and Villecroze. All have their own character and charm with historical features of interest and a range of restaurants and cafés.

Surrounding Area

The Gorges du Verdon and Lake St Croix which offer swimming, canoeing and walking in breathtaking scenery are only 45 minutes away. The Mediterranean and sandy beaches are also about 45 minutes to the south at Les Issambres, Frejus or Sainte Maxime and it's just a little further to St Tropez.

Access

The main auto route, the A8, is only 15 minutes away so Nice, Cannes and Aix en Provence are all a little over an hour's drive. Italy is an easy day's outing and so are the picturesque islands just off the coast from Le Lavandou or Hyères.
