Notes:

The house is ideal for families with ample space for children to run around safely within the grounds. The elderly or infirm must be aware that there are a few steps within the house ( to go into the kitchen and dining room and upstairs on the first floor there are more steps for example). All mod cons have been fitted to make your stay more comfortable. There is a pool house with a summer kitchen, shower and WC. Ample sun loungers, chairs, tables and parasols are located by the pool for your comfort. The pool is 10 by 5 metres and is fitted with a safety alarm.

GOLF FACILITIES

There are many top class golf courses in the area. The closest-and one of the best in France- is the Terre Blanche Golf Club Resort at the Four Seasons Resort Provence (about 15 min drive). They have two 18 hole courses which are open all year and a David Leadbetter Golf Acadamy. The 18 hole St.Endreol golf course is 15 km from the house.

SPA FACILITIES

The brand new Spa at the Four Seasons Resort has won many rewards and is quite amazing. Les Domaines de St.Endreol Golf and Spa Resort in La Motte-en-Provence is about 25 minutes away. They offer an extensive range of luxurious treatments. La Domaine de Fayence in Fayence offers spa and leisure facilities.

OTHER ATTRACTIONS

There are some very good wine makers in the region who are happy for you to visit their domaine and sample their produce. Also within easy reach are the beaches of St.Tropez and the excitement of Monte Carlo. You are only a short drive from Aix en Provence, the Luberon, the Gorges de Verdon and Isola 2000 ski resort.

'I can hardly believe that our stay at La Bergerie is over. We LOVED the house! You have outfitted it with every imaginable thing that we could have needed. It was perfectly furnished and the extra toys were super. Thank you!
Our 5 year old kept referring to 'Amy's house & toys'... He is a BIG princess fan and enjoyed borrowing Amy's princess plate for meals!' April from Seattle 04/2006.
'The house managers were excellent - we kept them waiting when we arrived as it took 2 hours to pick up the car from Europcar for some reason, and they were happy to turn up at 7am when we left.
The house was a perfect layout for us with two families staying - we were able to have separate areas upstairs so we never felt on top of each other or having fights for the bathroom. The pol was excellent-having a shower/toilet, fridge etc by the pool was great and saved having to go back to the house frequently' Andy 07/2006.
Bedrooms and bathrooms were super allowing privacy for us and parents-in-law.HWA
