Close to the beach and harbour of St Cyr/Les Lecques and Bandol, this modern Provencal villa is located in a quiet place with a magnificent view over the hills and the old village of La Cadière d'Azur. The pool is large and sunny with crystal clear water. There are many sightseeing opportunities around as well as tennis, golf and sailing . Bandol area is well known for its very high quality wine. There are more than ten 'domaines' and 'chateaux' close by that you can visit and where you can do wine tasting.

Bandol's port is fitted out to shelter 1,500 boats of all sizes: yachts, great sailing vesseIs and professional fishing boats.Its clears waters and interesting underwater sealife makes this an ideal spot for scuba divers. Perched on the edge of its cliff, on a hill opposite the village of Castellet, the small medieval village of La Cadière d'Azur benefits from a panorama that goes right to the shores of the Mediterranean. It is surrounded by pine forests and overlooks the renowned and famous Bandol (AOC) vineyard. This villa offers all the comforts of a modern private home. Nearby are the old hilltop villages of La Cadière and Le Castellet with local craft shops and pavement cafes. There is easy access to the beach and many interesting places like the old harbors of Cassis and Sanary. The garden has lawns and flowers and is enclosed within a fence. A gardener maintains the swimming pool and the garden. Shops are at a close driving distance. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. A summer dinning room on a covered terrace has direct access to the kitchen and enjoys a beautiful view.

Golf details: Golf de Fregate. The golf club is open throughout the year winter (October to March) from 8am to 6pm and summer (April to September) from 7am to 7pm. There is one 18-hole 'Fregate' par 72 (6210m) for players with handicap. One 9-hole 'Fregalon' par 29 (1500m). Driving range, 50 bays and 2 putting greens. There is also a pro-shop, clubhouse with restaurant lockers and caddy-master. For booking please call 0034 (0)494 32 50 50. Booking 48 hours in advance during July and August.
