Assistance - Advices :
You can stay on your own, but if you need assistance, I will be pleased to help you quickly so you can fully enjoy your holiday. You will find in the house a list of restaurants, activities, numbers for emergencies (a telephone receiving all calls so you can make free local calls for emergencies or booking a restaurant is at your disposal).
I can manage as well staff for baby sitting, cleaning.
To give you a perfect house arrivals are perfect after 4 p.m. and departures around 10 a.m.
Always late arrivals can be managed on request.
Airports and cities . Situation:
Nice airport at 60 miles , Marseille airport at 1H15 . Toulon is the nearest one
Nearest beach Ste Maxime at 1 hour, Lake of Ste Croix at 1/2h ( very large lake where swimming, sealing or canoeing). Canyon Verdon.
Aix en Provence : 1 hr.
Cotignac is situated at the center of the Var which offers you so different landscapes with ( its heritage from the prehistory) the wild coast , the sea side, the Canyon Verdon, the surrounding mountains, the agricultural activity which is making it so green .
Activities:
A lot of activities such as canoeing are possible on the rivers here or nearby, or on the lake of Ste Croix,
Horse riding can be advised , Golf 18 holes as well at 20 minutes (very good one), if you enjoy cycling trips they are given to you ; tennis court day and night time in the village center (10 to 15 minutes of a nice walk) . For walking or cycling a special map with all the small lanes can be given to you ... Climbing is possible near by at Chateauvert...., Sainte Victoire ( half an hour) and Verdon ( less 1 hour)....
You will enjoy swimming in the large pool with no chlorine treatment, or having a game of petanque or tennis table...or reading with the noise of the water source running in the property if season not too dry .
Other Activities:
golf at 25 minutes , water activities at the huge lake of Ste croix (30 minutes), climbing at Chateauvert (10 minutes of drive)
