Beautiful 4 bedroom newly built villa that sleeps 10 (plus separate gites with kitchen, bathroom & bedrooms that sleep 4 each, 2 up, 2 down), surrounded by landscaped gardens and vineyards. 12m x 6m luxury swimming pool with a fully equipped outside pool bar & gazebo. Large well equipped kitchen, BBQ & outside wood burning oven. Set in 1 acre of beautiful land & only 1.5km from the most beautiful, charming village of Cotignac with its numerous bars & restaurants. Only 15 mins from the lovely town of Aups & then onto Lac St Croix with its turquoise waters a 'must' tourist attraction. In the opposite direction St Tropez is only 45 min drive and the A8 motorway only 20 mins leading you to the rest of the wonderful Cote d' Azure and breathtakingly beautiful Provence. You will definitely want to return again and again. We now have an apartment on the village center for 2 people. 100 Euros per week.

We visited Cotignac last year for the third time as we love the village and all of it's charm.
The last two times we stayed in the village centre as there were just the two of us. This time we were bringing family so looked for a larger place to stay.
There were ten of us altogether including our four granchildren, aged from 2-14 years old.
This villa was perfect for us. A twenty minute stroll into the village was entertainment in itself for the children.
The massive front garden proved a safe place for them to expire their endless energies.
An afternoon by the pool bar while we watched the children play and swim was a marvellous respite.
A nice hot shower or bath then a lovely meal al fresco on the huge terrace.
An overall fantastically relaxing holiday, especially with four children. We will definitely return
