Additional information about rental rates

  • We do require a deposit of €1500 (or equivalent in £ or US$) upon booking, which will be returned when the house is handed back in the condition you find it. The rental is payable in full 4 weeks before arrival date.
    The rates include: All linen and towels. Cleaning for 4 hours upon departure and for 4 hours every Saturday for bookings longer than 1 week.
  • Check in time is 4pm and we ask you to vacate the property at 10am on the day of departure, so that the house can be cleaned for arrivals the same day.

Stunning property in beautiful location

We had high hopes of this property and it did not disappoint! The villa is stunning - a beautiful spacious design, extremely well equipped with lovely interior decoration; fantastic kitchen and breathtaking views and garden. I would recommend it to anyone seeking an idyllic location, away from the coast ( though only about an hour's drive ) and having access to many local towns. The pool is lovely, but not enclosed so not suitable for very young children. The owners are lovely, and provided a wonderful service, with details of many good local restaurants / doctors provided in the villa. The local town of Fayence is very pretty and worth a visit. It was a wonderful holiday, and we will definitely go back! Angela and Tim

A luxurious holiday villa

We have just returned from two weeks staying in Fayence and fully recommend this villa.
The setting is glorious with peaceful views that you will never forget.
The house is finished and fitted in style with lots of space and light which adds to the glamour.
Nearly all the rooms are ensuite which was an important factor when we were choosing a place to stay.
The bedrooms are a triumph of comfort and splendid views over the town across the valley.
We had a great holiday and hope these words will help others to make this their holiday destination.
