This is an exceptional villa, a very charming stone house build in two levels. The house is 330m2 and located on a property of 6650m2, and it enjoys a panoramic view of the mountains. The area is beautiful with its endless hills and vineyards. Close to the property there are two vineyards with good wine where you can buy directly from the producer. Seillans has several galleries and four good restaurants. It is one of the untouched villages of Provence where you will still find the old men playing boule in the morning or on Sunday afternoons. Close by, you find the village of Fayence, which has a really nice typical French marked where one could buy local products.

Seillans is one of five perched villages located just west of Grasse and north west of Cannes. The other villages are called Montauroux, Callian, Tourettes, Fayence. Seillans is the oldest and listed as one of the untouched villages of Provence. There are many good restaurants in the area including several with Michelin stars. We can offer the typical local markets that are known to this area. We are only 15 minutes from good vineyards where you can buy directly from the farm as well as you will be able to buy the local olive oil. We are only 20 minutes drive from Cannes and 50 from Nice. You can visit all the sights on the coast and at the same time drive back and enjoy the quiet area in the back hills. Behind us you will find the mountains where you can hike and drive through the large cliffs. All in all this area offers a large variety of things to do.

Pool salt water 16 x 7 m. Pool house lounge style w. fireplace.

Ski: In the winter and even up until Easter we can ski at Alpine resorts like Isola, which is only a 2- hour drive from Montauoroux. If you are happy with smaller slopes you can find them directly north of Montauroux only 1- hour drive north.

Golf: This is a ideal area for golfing. You can reach many golf courses within one hours drive. The nearest golf courses are the two new courses at the Terre Blache only 15 minutes drive from the house. These golf courses are worth a visit. From the course you have fantastic views toward the villages and in the background the mountains. The domain de Terre Blache includes a Four Season Resort Hotel and you might even want to visit their magnificent restaurant Le Faventia which was rewarded a Michelen star.
